How can I check the eSIM serial number (ICCID)?

Every eSIM service has a serial number - usually referred to as an ICCID. This is a 20 digit number starting with '89'.

This ICCID is in your order confirmation email.

Additionally on the iPhone it is easy to check the ICCID of the eSIM loaded in your device.

1.Go into ‘Settings’

2. Select ‘General’

3. Select ‘About’

4. Scroll down to your eSIM ( usually at the bottom )

5. The ICCID of the eSIM is visible here

On an Android device a similar setting is used.
