What should I do if I did not receive the QR code by email after I purchase an eSIM service? How to get your QR code RESENT.

  1. Double-check your spam or junk folder. If it's still not there, there's a chance the email address you entered at the time of purchase was incorrect. 
  2. Check that your mailbox is not full.
  3. If you've entered your email address incorrectly during your eSIM purchase, you won't be able to retrieve the eSIM details sent to that wrong email.
  4. If you can log in with the incorrect email addressyou can update your email address directly on the eSIM website by logging on to esim.net and navigating to the Account > Change Email Address to ensure future communications are sent to the correct email. Then you will need to contact support to request that they resend your order confirmation email and QR code to your correct email address.

NOTE that there is NO CHARGE to get your QR code RESENT in the case that you did not receive the original QR code.

Charges only apply when you want a NEW QR CODE to install in a different device ( e.g. when you have changed your phone ) as the original QR code has been used.
