I have a 5G/4G/LTE/3G data icon but my data doesn't work.
Please follow the steps below if you have a 5G/4G/LTE/3G data icon for your eSIM service but your data ( the internet ) still does not work.
1. Check that you have not used all of your data allowance.
2. There may be something wrong with the network that you are connected to. Try switching to another network.
